Congratulations to Mr. Raekwon Noel – OLY on an outstanding performance at the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore, where he set a new national record of 1:59.89 in the Men’s 200m Butterfly!

This remarkable milestone not only marks a personal best for Mr. Noel but also represents a proud moment for the Guyana Amateur Swimming Association (GASA) and the entire nation. His dedication, discipline, and determination continue to raise the bar for Guyanese swimming on the international stage.

Raekwon’s achievement is a testament to the potential and talent that exists within our local athletes. As one of Guyana’s leading swimmers, he continues to inspire the next generation and bring recognition to our nation through his continued progress and competitive spirit.

We are also proud to share that Mr. Noel is scheduled to represent Guyana at the upcoming Junior Pan American Games in Asunción, Paraguay this August. We look forward to seeing him continue his stellar performances and wish him the very best as he prepares to compete among the best in the region.
